What information we collect, use, and why
Enquiries and investor requests. When you email us we collect your name, email address, organisation and anything you write to us, so that we can reply and follow up.
Service updates and marketing. If you ask to hear from us we keep your name, contact details and marketing preferences.
Website analytics. We use PostHog, hosted in the EU, to count page views and see which pages are used. PostHog receives the page address, the referring page, your browser and device type, and your IP address, from which an approximate location is derived. It does not store anything on your device, does not follow you between visits and does not record your session.
Cookies and similar technologies
Our pages do not set cookies, and our analytics do not use cookies, local storage or session storage.
Lawful bases and data protection rights
Under UK data protection law, we must have a “lawful basis” for collecting and using your personal information. There is a list of possible lawful bases in the UK GDPR. You can find out more about lawful bases on the ICO’s website.

- Your right of access. You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information. You can request other information such as details about where we get personal information from and who we share personal information with. There are some exemptions which mean you may not receive all the information you ask for.
- Your right to rectification. You have the right to ask us to correct or delete personal information you think is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Your right to erasure. You have the right to ask us to delete your personal information.
- Your right to restriction of processing. You have the right to ask us to limit how we can use your personal information.
- Your right to object to processing. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data where we rely on legitimate interests.
- Your right to data portability. You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us to another organisation, or to you.
- Your right to withdraw consent. When we use consent as our lawful basis you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

- Legitimate interests, for replying to enquiries and investor requests and for understanding how the website is used through analytics. You have the right to object.

How long we keep information
- Names and contact details, used to reply to enquiries, follow up with potential customers and investors, and send updates you asked for. Kept for 2 years or until you ask us to delete them, reviewed every year, then deleted from our inbox and records.
- Marketing preferences, kept for 2 years or until you ask us to delete them, reviewed every year.
- Website analytics, kept for 1 year in PostHog, then deleted.
Who we share information with
We use these service providers, who process personal information on our behalf:
- PostHog (website analytics, EU hosting)
- Google Firebase Hosting (serves the website)
Some of these providers are based in the United States. Where personal information is transferred outside the UK, we rely on the safeguards UK law requires, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
We may also share personal information with organisations we are legally obliged to share it with.
How to complain
If you have any concerns about our use of your personal data, you can make a complaint to us using the contact details at the top of this privacy notice.
If you remain unhappy with how we’ve used your data after raising a complaint with us, you can also complain to the ICO.
